The New Mahindra BE 6; Unlimit Performance

Recently Mahindra launched their new Mahindra BE 6 on November 2024. There are a few features that make this car different from the others. So, we are going to go through those features.

The Race-Ready Digital Cockpit

This feature provides a modern look and engaging thrill of the driving experience. This cluster has twin digital screens which give info on the speed of the car, range, and driving modes. With all these features the cockpit will look much more impressive.  

Mahindra Sonic Studio

The sound system in the Mahindra BE 6 is a 1400 watt, Harman Kardon system 16-speaker with Dolby Atmos providing immersive and 360 degree sorround sound.

AutoPark

This feature makes our parking in tight spaces easily for senior and education drivers. This works by using it's 360 degree camera and by it's ultrasonic sensors and radar to determine it's surroundings.

Infinity Roof

The Infinity Roof provides ambience on the roof of our car look more luxurious. These ambient lights have many colour options.

Performance

This car comes in PACK ONE 59KWH, PACK TWO 59 KWH, PACK THREE 79KWH, PACK ONE ABOVE 59KWH, PACK THREE SELECT 59KWH. It can accelerate from 0 -100 km/h in 6.7 sec. In battery for 59kWh the range is about 557km. For 79kWh the range is about 683km.

LiveYourMood

We can set themes in the interior and comes with few options calm, cozy and club. These have the signature tunes curated by AR Rahuman.

VisionX

Mahindra calls HUD (heads up display) as Augmented-reality head up display which is a display seen on the windshield of the car that show speed and map. This display shows only the needed information and provides less distraction while driving. 

LightMeUp

This feature is same as Race-Ready Cockpit feature and LiveYourMood as it also provides ambient lighting with upto 16 million colour option providing all of our favourite colour in our car.

EyeDentity

This feature is also know as Driver and Occupant Monturing System (DOMS). It uses facial recognition to personalize vehicle settings and detect if the driver is feeling drowsy or fatigue. This feature can monitor the driver facial expressions and alert if it detects signs of drowsiness or feeling sleepy. We can also use this camera to take selfies and even video calls. 

Multi-Drive Modes 

BE 6 supports multiple drive modes such as Range, Everyday, Race. The acceleration, suspension performance steering radius are all tuned according to each mode.

Exterior Colours 

The Mahindra BE 6 comes in eight colours; Firestorm Orange, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Deep Forest, Desert Myst, Desert Myst – Satin, Everest White, Everest White – Satin.
